Had a chat with an old-timer about paint curing temps yesterday
He said he's been forcing clear to flash at 90 degrees for 30 years and never had a peel issue, which got me thinking about my own rush jobs. Anyone else find their shop gets better results by bumping up the booth temp instead of just waiting longer?

Doesn't that just figure, you spend years learning one way and find out the hard way there's a better shortcut? I've had the same experience cranking the heat up a bit and watching clears lay down way nicer without the wait. It's one of those little tricks that makes you wonder why nobody tells you sooner.

Wait, you're telling me you've been laying clears without warming them first this whole time?
