Got a stubborn door ding out with a heat gun and a can of air duster

Had a customer bring in a 2021 Civic with a deep door ding right on the body line. I didn't want to drill for PDR if I could help it. I warmed the metal with a heat gun on low for about 30 seconds, then flipped a can of air duster upside and sprayed the spot for a quick freeze. The temp change made the metal pop back about 90% of the way, so I only needed a light touch with the hammer and dolly to finish. Anyone else use this hot/cold trick on aluminum panels?

OH YES, learned that the HARD way on an RV panel. Messed up my whole day.
