Appreciation post: I laughed at the $3 can of cavity wax, then watched it save a guys rocker panel
A guy at our shop in Toledo kept pushing me to spray cavity wax inside rockers after welding, and I figured it was a waste of $3 a can for a car that would get traded in 2 years anyway. Then a customer brought back a Ranger we did 18 months ago, and his rockers still looked wet inside while the untreated side of the same truck was already bubbling at the seams. Anybody else got a cheap step like that they used to skip until they saw it pay off?
