Turns out those "ancient alien" carvings at Gobekli Tepe are just worn animal reliefs, and I finally saw the 2021 photos that prove it
I kept seeing people share those blurry 2019 shots claiming the pillars show spaceships, but the new high-res scans from the German Archaeological Institute clearly show foxes and cranes like every other relief on the site. How did this one specific photo set get so popular when the real carvings are way more interesting?
