Saw a 1950s aerial photo of my neighborhood at the library yesterday

I was looking up property records and stumbled on this old photo from 1954. The whole area was just farmland with one dirt road where my street is now. How fast do you think places change compared to back then?

Oh my gosh, that's amazing! I found one from the 60s of my town and the main street was basically just a few stores and a gas station where the big shopping center is now. It's wild how much can change in just a few decades!

Right? That's exactly what happened with the old photos I found. It's crazy seeing a dirt road where a busy intersection is now, it's like looking at a whole different place lol.
