Clear communication during tree removals made our team way better

So, we sat down and agreed on specific verbal cues and hand signals. Now, before each job, we do a quick huddle to go over the plan. This has not only improved safety but also boosted morale. It's amazing how a small talk can prevent big problems. I encourage all crews to prioritize communication.

Totally agree about those huddles. Maybe add a small whiteboard for quick diagrams of tricky drops? Visuals can help when the chipper's running loud.
