Warning: the 'easy' dryer vent clean out that wasn't

I was under a house in Mobile last week, and a mouse nest I didn't see caught fire from my inspection light. I had to use my water bottle to put it out, and the customer just saw smoke coming from the crawlspace. Has anyone else had a simple job turn into a mini disaster like that?

Small fires and dogs running loose both happen when people overlook the little things.

Sounds more like a close call to me!

Yeah, that was way too close for comfort. I had a similar thing happen last week when my neighbor's dog got loose and ran right into the street. What did you see that almost happened?
