Took me 3 trips to figure out a fridge leak that had nothing to do with the fridge
Spent two full afternoons chasing a water puddle under a customer's Samsung in Tucson before I found the real culprit was a cracked drain line in the wall behind the unit, so has anyone else wasted a whole day on a plumbing issue that masqueraded as an appliance failure?
