Honestly, I had a customer in Portland with a Sub-Zero that kept frosting over the evaporator coils. I checked the defrost heater, the timer, the thermistor, even swapped the control board. Took me 6 days across two visits before I noticed the door gasket was torn on the bottom corner, letting humid air sneak in. Felt like a total rookie move after all that diagnostic work.
