Bought that $200 thermal camera for diagnosing fridge issues
Waste of money. Used it twice in six months and both times the multimeter told me the same thing faster. Anybody else find these gadgets useless for residential work?

Stick with a multimeter instead, way faster and cheaper for finding fridge problems.

Multimeter told me the same info faster? That's wild. Thought those thermal cams were supposed to spot stuff like evaporator fan issues without pulling the whole back panel off. Guess not. Makes me feel better about sticking with my old tools.
