The guy in 3B told me to hang a rug on my shared wall and it actually killed the TV bass
Ran into him in the laundry room at my place in Cleveland after 6 straight nights of his soundbar rattling my shelf, and he grabbed a spare area rug from his closet, said "hang this, not lay it," and the thumping dropped to nothing within a day, so now I'm wondering if anyone's tried rug plus foam or if the rug alone is enough.
