Shoutout to the neighbor who fixed my ceiling fan from upstairs
My upstairs neighbor kept dropping stuff at 2am and I was about to lose it. Instead of a note, I knocked on their door with a six pack and asked if they could walk softer. Turns out their floor creaks no matter what, so they offered to swap my fan blades since mine were wobbling. They fixed it in 20 minutes and now we wave through the mail slot. Anyone else solved a noise problem by just talking to the person instead of leaving passive aggressive signs?
