A job site tally from last Tuesday hit a weirdly perfect number

We were pouring a small foundation for a garden shed, nothing major. When we finished cleaning the mixer, I checked the log and saw we'd mixed exactly 1,000 cubic yards of concrete so far this year. It's not a huge volume for a company, but it felt like a solid, round milestone I wasn't tracking. It made me think about all the patios and footings that added up to it. That "solid, round milestone" thing is cool. I once found an old notebook where I'd logged every single customer call for a year without even realizing it.
