Vent: my boss at the Denver call center pulled me into a room after I gave 3 weeks notice and asked if I was 'really sure'
She slid a $2 raise across the table and said 'nobody else will hire you at what you're making now,' so I walked out that Friday anyway, but part of me still wonders if I torched a decent thing over pride, what would you have done?
