TIL I walked away from a $4/hr raise at my warehouse gig in Fresno to keep my weekends
My supervisor offered me the lead spot on the night crew, six days a week, and I passed on it because my kid's t-ball games are Saturday mornings, so now I'm wondering if turning down that money made me a sucker or the only grown-up in the building.
