She pulled me aside after a forklift refresher in Tulsa and said the crew was zoning out by minute four. I started breaking each topic into its own 90 second clip and now 40 of 45 guys finish the whole thing. Should I have pushed back on the short format or was she right that shorter is better for that crowd?
