Tried torque sticks after using a beam wrench for 10 years, night and day difference

I finally caved and bought a set of torque sticks last month after my beam wrench gave me inconsistent readings on a set of landing gear bolts. Honestly, the first time I used them on a Cessna 172 wheel, I got the same torque every single lug nut without breaking a sweat. My old method took forever and I was always second-guessing myself. Has anyone else switched over and noticed a big difference in their workflow?

Had a buddy lend me his set to try on my truck and it was a game changer for me too. Beam wrench always felt like I was guessing half the time especially on tight wheel wells.

Dude same here lol. I fought with a beam wrench on my F-150 for way too long before borrowing a buddy's click type. Made me feel stupid for not switching sooner.
