That 0.01 inch gap in the flap track fairing taught me something after 9 years turning wrenches

I kept seeing techs walk past the same gap on a CRJ-900 during walkarounds last week and nobody flagged it, but a quick pull test showed the fastener was barely hanging on, so how do you all get new guys to actually touch things instead of just looking at them?
