Spent $300 on a fancy torque wrench I'll never use again

I bought a digital torque wrench for a one-time engine job on a Cessna 172, and now it sits in my box because my old beam style is faster for daily use. Has anyone else regretted dumping cash on specialty tools you only touch once?

You're basically saying we should all hold onto junk on the off chance it might be useful someday. That's how people end up with garages full of broken vacuums and boxes of random cables from 2005. By that logic, I should keep a VCR in storage just in case someone needs to watch a dusty copy of The Matrix on tape. Clutter is clutter, man, and most of it never gets touched again.
