Stood in line at the DMV on S Virginia St for 2 hours with a stack of loose papers falling out of my hands. The clerk said my insurance card was expired by 4 days, so I had to go home and come back the next day. I was so mad I went straight to Walmart and bought a $6 accordion folder. Now every car document, registration, and receipt lives in it, and I check it once a month. Has anyone else had a document meltdown at a government office that made them finally get organized?
