I finally mounted my TV myself and put 6 holes in the wall for one bracket
My girlfriend was out of town for the weekend so I decided to surprise her by mounting our 55 inch TV on the living room wall in our apartment in Columbus. I watched one 4 minute video, bought a $24 stud finder, and still managed to drill 6 holes before I hit an actual stud, plus I dropped the TV once and now there is a scratch on the corner. How do you guys find studs in these old apartment walls without turning the whole thing into swiss cheese?
