Venting about friends who cancel last minute every single time

Honestly, I'm so tired of people in my life who agree to hang out and then bail an hour before we're supposed to meet. It's happened three times this month alone with the same friend from my gym in Austin. She always has some excuse like her dog needs a walk or she forgot she had laundry to do. I get that life gets busy, but it feels like she doesn't value my time at all. I've started just not making plans with her anymore because it's a waste of my Saturday. Has anyone else had to cut off a friend over constant last minute cancellations?

Think you might be giving her too much credit there lol. More like she just takes him for granted and doesn't realize what she's got until it's gone.
