Showerthought: my 8 year poker night fell apart and it was nobody's fault
We had the same 6 guys at the same table every other Friday for 8 years, then last March it just stopped. One moved to Boise, one had a kid, and the rest of us quit bothering to set it up. I tried reviving it twice this summer, but you can't schedule 6 grown men around jobs and kids like you used to. Funny thing is we all still like each other, we just stopped being the kind of friends who make plans. Anyone figure out how to keep a group thing alive once everyone hits their late 30s?
