My buddy's fiancé straight up asked him why he still grabs beers with me on Thursdays
They got engaged in April and now every single hangout has to be "on the calendar" two weeks out, and he said she asked why he needs a standing slot with me when we "don't even do anything." That one stung, but honestly it made me realize some people only count friendship when there's an event attached to it. How do you all handle it when a friend's partner starts putting rules on your time together?
