My buddy Marcus told me I ask too many questions when we hang out
We were at his place in Austin two weeks ago watching the game, and he paused it and just said it straight: I turn every hangout into an interview. It bugged me for days, but then I thought about it and he was kind of right, I was always digging into his job and his dating life instead of just chilling. So now I try to share stuff about my week first and let him ask me things, and honestly the hangouts feel way more relaxed. How do you know when you're being a good friend vs just being nosy?

Idk, maybe he just wanted you to ask less about him, not stop asking stuff.
