Lost a 12 year friendship over a group chat screenshot

Last Friday in a diner on Route 9, I forwarded a private rant to one person who swore they'd keep it quiet, then they pasted it right into our five person group chat. Now two people have blocked me and the third won't answer my calls. How do you even start fixing that when trust got shredded in ten seconds flat?
