The plumber I hired from a flyer left my kitchen floor in pieces
He said he could fix a simple leak under the sink for $200, but his wrench slipped and he cracked three tiles. Now I'm out the repair cost plus another $450 for tile work. Anyone know a reliable handyman who actually knows what they're doing?

Oh man, that's rough. My neighbor had a guy from one of those tear-off flyers try to install a ceiling fan. The guy drilled right into a water line in the attic. The water damage cost more than the fan!
