Swapped my sandbag training for kettlebells after a back tweak in Denver
I used to swear by sandbags for gritty functional strength, but after throwing my lower back out last March hauling a 150lb bag across my garage, I switched to kettlebell swings and get-ups. Now I feel stronger in my core without that constant fear of tweaking something every session. Has anyone else found a better way to maintain durability as you get older?
