My project sat dead for 8 months until I tried a paper list instead of an app
I started restoring my late uncle's 1974 Suzuki TC100 back in October, and I got the motor out and then just froze because the whole thing felt too big. I kept trying to track parts and steps in a phone app (two of them actually), but every time I opened it I'd see 140 empty tasks and close it again. Last month I tore a sheet of notebook paper into three strips, wrote down just the next three steps for the motor, and taped them to the headlight shell. I finished all three in one Saturday, then made three more, and I'm now 11 steps in and the case is back together. Has anyone else had a dumb paper list beat an app for getting a stalled project moving again?
