Ugh I stripped mine too and wanted to throw the whole thing out the window.

Oh absolutely @emmapl6, I feel your pain so hard. I spent like an hour trying to get the paint off a tiny little chair and just ended up gouging it everywhere. Finally gave up and just spray painted over the whole mess and called it "shabby chic.
