I thought "finish one small piece today" was dumb advice until it got my garage shelf done after 6 weeks of nothing
Kept telling myself I needed a full free Saturday to build the thing, so it sat there until a buddy said just cut one board a day, and 9 days later it was up, so what tiny daily rule actually got your dead project moving?
