Vent: Everyone tells you to build an audience before you sell anything, and that's why my candle side hustle sat at $0 for 7 months
I kept posting candle pics on Instagram waiting to hit 1,000 followers before listing anything, until my wife asked why I had 40 candles in the garage and no way to buy one. Listed them that same night on a free site and sold 6 by Sunday, so the audience was never the problem, the missing buy button was. Anyone else get stuck building before selling?
