TIL my weekend print shop gig failed because I said yes to a 500 shirt order I couldn't screen alone

Three weeks ago in my garage I took a rush job for a local 5K run and ended up hand pressing 500 shirts until 2am, ruining 60 of them and eating $180 in blanks. Now I only take orders over 100 if I can sub the screen work to a buddy, so how do you all handle saying no to money that's too big for your setup?
