That one week in June where everything finally clicked
Back in 2019 I was burning out at my data entry job, so I started taking a 45 minute lunch every day to drive over to a Starbucks near my office and work on freelance spreadsheets for a local plumber. For six months it was mostly $25 gigs and lots of quiet panic. Then one week in June I landed three clients in three days, all from people who saw a random post I made in a Facebook small business group about organizing inventory, not even advertising. By Thursday I had $460 in pending payments and realized my lunch break had become my real job. That week felt like proof that small steps matter even when they feel invisible at first. Has anyone else had a random week like that where the pieces just lined up out of nowhere?
