Coffee shop Wi-Fi in Phoenix just killed my whole side hustle plan

I drove 20 minutes to that new place off Camelback because their site promised 'workspace speed' internet. Turned out the Wi-Fi capped at 12 Mbps and the power outlets were all behind the couch. I spent an hour trying to upload a client file for my weekend bookkeeping gig and gave up. How do you guys scout a decent remote work spot without wasting a whole morning?
