looks like a valid alternative to Octoprint. they seems to be at a good point of the development of the software side and I really like what they call "routines", gcode scripts you can program during a print or assign to a button on the UI

Thanks Cester! Just backed! Hopefully they meet their target..

Does it say anywhere about USB Webcam support? Cant seem to find anything..

I like that it does repair & slice onboard, will be yet to see how good their slicing is compared to Cura/Slic3r.

certainly excited about this one though!

Just seen it supports the "Camera module" which I assume is the official Pi camera, rather than a USB one!

USB camera are supported! look at the 140$ pledge! Cura is actually used as a slicer on their servers!
Performance is important to us. We host Slic3r, Cura, and Makerbot slicers on powerful servers that are always fast and available. So you no longer need to have a beastly computer slicing your files at home. Access your slicer profiles from anywhere and share them with others.

Oh fantastic! Cloudslicing looks great, and I guess they'll tie it straight into thingiverse so we can do 1 click prints :)
