Replacement nozzles?

Postby DrMerlin » 16 Oct 2014, 22:03

I've gotten really good at cleaning out the hot end nozzle, but it would be nice to have an extra one or two.

Is an M6 threaded .4 mm nozzle the right replacement part: http://www.ebay.com/itm/141390306601?var=440533099244 ???

Thanks

I don't know how well that one would fit. InventApart has started selling parts through their site. You go to the buy kit option and select parts only from the dropdown.

I might be a dummy (actually this has already been confirmed) but I don't find a parts store at inventapart. The only thing I can find to buy there is another rigidbot.

It's weird, you hit the Buy Now button, scroll down to where it asks you select your product. You can then select "Just Rigidbot Parts" and then any of the parts that you want to order.

That is weird.

Unfortunately it's $55 min to get a single head. I've ordered one of these $5 ebay guys and we'll see how that goes.

Based on my read of it you get a pack 5 nozzles. More expensive then the one, but known to work with it. Let me know how the one you ordered works out.

For sure it's a 5 pack- but if you just need 1, the minimum price is still $40 + $15 shipping.

Hey DrMerlin! Did you ever confirm if the nozzles on eBay work with the RigidBot? I want to snag a couple extra myself.
