HP Deskjet 3050 Mechanical Issue

Postby williamhawk » 09 Oct 2017, 06:51

Suddenly my HP deskjet 3050 is feeding the paper crooked into the machine. I have adjusted the paper alignment on the left hand side and it doesn't make a difference. The paper keeps jamming and I get a message that claims there is no paper and insert some more. Since the paper is already there I resume the task and then a second message shows up that says there is a paper jam. Then I clear out the paper jam and try again with the same results each time.

After dozens of attempts over the past week or so I was finally able to get one piece of paper through without it going crooked and jamming however it didn't print anything, the paper just quickly fed through, then the printer grabbed another sheet of paper, went crooked and jammed again.

I've had my printer for months, never had an issue until recently.

Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
